Our Mission
EcoExchange works to prevent usable items from being thrown away and ending up at landfills for a healthier environment. We aim to make the sustainable practice of recirculating items you no longer want or need the go-to option by creating convenient opportunities to do so. We aim to achieve this by engaging the community while sharing the impact our efforts to keep items in use have on the environment.

Engage
It all starts here! An engaged and well informed community makes for one that can make a positive impact. EcoExchange provides the community with easy to follow resources about the reasoning, benefits, and implications behind our vision of a circular system through our newsletter (coming soon). We hope to instill interest and passion into our friends and neighbors about the environmental challenges we are facing together.
Bring Together
EcoExchange’s first initiative is hosting community collection drives to collect and then recirculate items that you do not need or want anymore. The aim of the drives is to make it easy and convenient for people in the community to adopt the sustainable practice of donating items they no longer want for further use instead of throwing them away after which they end up in a landfill.
Impact
No matter the item you bring in to our collection drives, you can be sure that it will continue to be used, or will be properly recycled. Apart from providing educational resources about the impact recirculating products can have on the environment in general, EcoExchange’s newsletter will share quantified environmental impact of the community’s donations, such as landfill waste and emissions avoided.
